Hi, my name is Arthur Navarette. I have had the privelege of fighting for employee rights for workers just like you for the past 18 years. Through hard work and tenacity I have a proven track record of success against Fortune 500 Companies, as well as against small, medium, and large sized businesses. I have had the pleasure of having litigated over 1,000 cases for workers whose backs were against the wall, and through perserverance and dedication I have been blessed to have won several cases worth $1,000,000.00 or more. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley while working my way through college, and I was awarded my Juris Doctorate Of Law from the U.C.L.A. School Of Law where I worked my way through law school. I have had the honor of serving as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court for over a decade. And I am truly fortunate to have a wonderful staff who treat our clients with the utmost of respect and dignity. I just turned 53 years old and as you can see from my picture, I am the proud parent of a 2 year old little boy. His name is Cassius, and he is the joy of my life!
